Oak lawn Toyota service center is a joke in my eyes. For the last couple years I’ve had nothing but problems with the service writers and the manager of service. Silly for me to come back and give anoth For the last couple years I’ve had nothing but problems with the service writers and the manager of service. Silly for me to come back and give another chance but last chance was taken when I was told they are done with me and to leave yes I was mad they didn’t do the service requested after 2 different tries in 3 days. They don’t listen to the customer and the issues you have with the vehicle. They just say we’ll we cleared the computer so if it happens again we can look at it. Or that is how the seat sits. The seat in our van doesn’t sit flat to where I can’t place a car seat on it because it wouldn’t be safe. But Never mind the safety of my child they don’t want to make it right so I’ll go above and beyond and hopefully get the manager and some device writers to be taught on customer safety. More

I brought my car in for service and was greeted right away. The woman at the service desk was very friendly and explained what was being done clearly. The mechanics seat cover was in my car in a ball on the floor and I thought after spending $300 they would have at least ran my car through the wash like they used to. More
