I have a case pending on Toyota from corporate no call back nothing I was told someone would contact me within 2days so far no call back regarding my car Joseph Castillo did the service. I spoke to joe on the phone I was told to bring the car back in and they would give me my credit case#with corporate pending. More

John Harris, salesman. was amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. When I bought my Toyota Highlander, he came into the car and taught me about every bell and whistle. Frank charged me $89 for a service that was covered with my oil change. I prepaid for 5 oil changes & with the multipoint inspection the issue would have been viewed.
