I have a case pending on Toyota from corporate no call back nothing I was told someone would contact me within 2days so far no call back regarding my car Joseph Castillo did the service. John Harris, salesman. was amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. When I bought my Toyota Highlander, he came into the car and taught me about every bell and whistle. Frank charged me $89 for a service that was covered with my oil change. I prepaid for 5 oil changes & with the multipoint inspection the issue would have been viewed. He never told me it would be $89 to loo my oil change. I prepaid for 5 oil changes & with the multipoint inspection the issue would have been viewed. He never told me it would be $89 to look for the problem. I was charged an additional $89 to be told the same thing that I was told the oil change before. It was a waste of money that Frank never said he was charging. More
