Ron performed an oil change and did fine but I requested another issue to look into and instead of thoroughly investigating the possible causes he just assumed it was an electrical issue when it was a fuse. another issue to look into and instead of thoroughly investigating the possible causes he just assumed it was an electrical issue when it was a fuse. If I had followed his recommendation I would have been paying a lot more money either at Toyota or elsewhere. Very disappointed that there was no voltage testing or checked fuse. That is just plain laziness. A family member just tested it and replaced fused and it fixed the issue. More

I had my car in Orland Park dealership they never fixed the problem. Went into Oak Lawn Dealership explained what was happening left my car with them. My car is running great and dependable again. I had a recall and set the appointment a couple of weeks in advance the first time I came in. Only to be told that the part wa not inhad to reschedule for a later date. I would have thought that the dealer in advance the first time I came in. Only to be told that the part wa not inhad to reschedule for a later date.
