I was helping my friend Allison look into buying a c I feel it is my duty to inform you of the experience I've had with O'Neill Honda as a spectator. I was helping my friend Allison look into buying a car. We had gone to another dealership that was not forthcoming with information and couldn't deliver on a vehicle that she was promised, therefore we wasted precious time in finding the right fit for her needs and budget. We were referred by a friend to O'neill Honda and I am happy to say that we took the chance and stopped by on our way home. From the beginning this dealership was upfront and professional, went out of their way to accomodate my friend to have her needs met. She was able to purchase a brand new vehicle, one she absolutely loves and fit within her budget better than what the other dealership was promising her for a used honda. I had recently gone through the buying a new car experience with a nearby Toyota dealership buying a top of the line very expensive vehicle and only wish they had spent the time with me that O'Neill Honda's staff did with my friend. Her experience there was unheard of in today's fast pace world. We both work in customer service and set high expectations for ourselves and what we experienced there was among the finest standards for customer service that I've seen. Their salesman Abraham went above and beyond what was necessary to make this work out for my friend. He was not just being nice to "MAKE A DEAL". He explored every option very carefully for her and took the time to make sure she was comfortable about the options every step of the way. I guess to sum up my experience as a spectator in one word, it would have to be "REFRESHING"! More

Hector and Bob were easy to work with . In an extensive search for a replacement vehicle for my 14 year old Town and Country I stopped into Oneill honda. Test drove a Honda Pilot new car and that would have been an acceptabe choice. I thought that I should also explore the used vehicles available as low taxes and low cost of the 14 year old vehicle were a very positive thing. I contacted Brandy to test drive a 2017 Toyota Camry and while there also test drove a 2017 Accord with very low miles , Chose the Accord with Warranty coverage remaining as a 2017 pp tax and insurance should mean a lower cost of ownership . Disappointed at first but happy in the end! Put money down on a new Honda Ridgeline that the new car manager help find at another dealer. The day I was to pick it up I found it had been sold. Put money down on a new Honda Ridgeline that the new car manager help find at another dealer. The day I was to pick it up I found it had been sold. No other 2019 ridgeline could be found to replace it. They just got a Black Edition rigeline in and They made me a fair deal on it. In the end I got the truck I really wanted!!!! 😅 More
