Efficient friendly service I took my CRV in for tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes early. No wait to see service writer. Paperwork was quick. I waited, walked around nearby down I took my CRV in for tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes early. No wait to see service writer. Paperwork was quick. I waited, walked around nearby downtown OP, KS to pass the time. Vehicle was ready 50 minutes later, including free car wash. They also had done vehicle inspection, no pressure to get additional service. As always, the service fee was very reasonable. The car looked good and felt good driving home. More

I also worked with Ted Leeper in finance. This was a very refreshing experience as my past experience with auto finance left something to be desired. Ted was very friendly and approachable as well. He explained the process well and suggested additional options for my purchase without coming across as being pushy. They had a Certified Pre-owned Pilot that met all my crite I needed to upgrade from my old Escape and have always wanted a Pilot so I went to O'Neill. They had a Certified Pre-owned Pilot that met all my criteria. I worked with Patrick, who was awesome. He is very low key and up front, which is a nice change from other car salesmen I dealt with at other dealerships. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in, although I had to push a little on that point- all part of the "game" perhaps. All the staff I met with at O'Neill were friendly and helpful. Customer service seemed to be integrated throughout the operation. You would think that would be a given for a company in the business of sales, but I know from experience that is not always the case. I highly recommend this dealership! More
