Easy yet stressful I guess it’s always stressful buying a vehicle, so much time effort and money not knowing how much you’ve overpaid etc. my car cost more than I expect I guess it’s always stressful buying a vehicle, so much time effort and money not knowing how much you’ve overpaid etc. my car cost more than I expected and as always buying an extra warranty. Car left overnight to be certified now seat has greasy dirt in it. Not worth the extra money in my opinion Oneill staff is always friendly and accommodating though. More

Always good service, friendly and fast. Have been coming to O’Neill for service/oil changes for a few years since I’ve moved to Overland Park. Never any reason to have a complaint. The most recent trip was to replace front brake pads, it was the busiest it’s been since I started bringing in my car but they still quickly took in around 8 or so other cars in under 5 minutes. (A good place should be busy anyways). Dropped off around 9am and it was finished before 1pm. Price was exactly what they quoted at drop off, service rep was professional and friendly as usual. Will be going here as long as I live in the area. More

Miscommunication and lying lost them a deal. Long story but not exaggerated at all. I went to o neill after emailing a salesman Shervin who said he had worked in the business for years so I exp Long story but not exaggerated at all. I went to o neill after emailing a salesman Shervin who said he had worked in the business for years so I expected a smooth ride. We agreed on price over email I get here we pick out the Honda EX I want and I sign the deal ready to purchase. I had secured my own loan from Community America and they told me they were an approved dealer and could pull my loan no problem. I wait 2 hours that night to get into finance and Shervin tells me there are 2 people in front of me do I want to come in Monday and finish the deal. I tell him that’s fine then they can get the car detailed and add tint they had offered to provide for me. I come back Monday at 5:30 and then around 7:30 they tell me they had to fire their finance manager earlier that day so someone who didn’t work there was handling the financing part. I finally get in at 8:30 and she tells me at this point she can’t pull my loan something that could have been told to me hours earlier. I’m pretty upset but the manager offers to let me take the Honda home and come back when the loan is ready. I get a call a few days later from Shervin saying everything is ready I email him back to make sure the financing is in line and tell him I don’t want to wait another 2-3 hours to get into finance. He tells me the finance manager Julie I believe will call me. I never receive a call and don’t bother heading up there. The next day Shervin emails me saying he talked to Julie and that everything is good to go. Now this was my mistake for taking his word for it. I arrive at the dealership and wait less than an hour to get into a finance office which made me happy and excited. We get into the office and he doesn’t have the community America loan pulled he says he can’t hut can offer me 10% financing. I tell him I’m not taking a deal for over double what I had prepared through my bank which they had told me they could pull with no issues. I asked them why they told me everything was good to go when it wasn’t and they said it was because I had their vehicle. I said I understand that but why lie and tell me we are good instead of saying hey you need to bring the car back or wait one more day until they could get the financing done? They will not give me a straight answer and it may have been their own miscommunications that led to this. I asked the finance guy if he knew this was my third time here and he said yes I know what happened they really didn’t sit well with me. He knew my story and he still didn’t make sure everything was ready. I don’t cause a scene because what would that acccomplish. They put the plates back on my trade and I NEVER once got an apology. I would never give them my business even to save money it’s not worth it. More
