Service I went in for a checkup because the check engine light was on and for an oil change for which I had a coupon for a free one. I ended up paying $458 for tire rotation, new filters, and engine and break fluids. It just seems that it was an exorbitant an amount for less than2 hours work. I realize I didn’t have to agree to the service but just feel that since I know nothing about cars I might have been taken advantage of. More

Everyone we talked to was more than happy to help, and folks stayed after hours to get us in our vehicle and on our way. More

Excellent service and friendly people Have been taking my Honda to this location for oil changes and general maintenance since I moved to KC. There are places that are closer but it’s worth making the drive to know I’ll get the same great customer service and quality care to my vehicle. Car is about to hit 100k miles and I’ve yet to have any major issues. I manage a retail store and know the ‘behind the scenes’ work that is needed to keep customer service quality at a high level, these people know what they’re doing. More

Danger to customers - Needs improvement The service is good. Everything is done as promised. I have confidence that they will not tell me to get services that I do not need. I would give 5 stars, but the dealer does not have concern for customer safety. Customers stand in a garage, with cars going by inches behind them while they review and pay their bill. Paying bills should be done in a safe office environment. At my last visit I watched a pregnant women standing in the garage paying her bill while yelling at her three year old to quit laying on the garage floor. The child had wandered 10 feet away from the mother and was in the path of moving automobiles. O'Neil Honda is just waiting for a disaster to happen. More
Don't mess with my drivers seat! When I picked up my car after service on 05/28/19, the driver seat had been pushed all the way back and dropped all the way down to the floor. And, there were dirty greasy smudges on the driver door, the driver visor and the steering wheel. NEVER, in any circumstance, NEVER mess with my driver seat. My husband and I both have back issues and it takes a ton of work to get this seat comfortable for both of us. AND, tell the person that moves the cars TO WASH THEIR HANDS, FREQUENTLY!. For what we both pay to Oneill for services on two vehicles there is NO reason to disrespect our property. More
