O’Neil service Had an appt to drop car off for oil change and check a few things that I felt weren’t working properly on 1 yr old CRV. When I arrived on time I waite Had an appt to drop car off for oil change and check a few things that I felt weren’t working properly on 1 yr old CRV. When I arrived on time I waited several minutes before they even acknowledged my presence. Finally a service tech became available and I left my car with the understanding that he would call when vehicle was ready. Never received a call back. I called to check and was transferred to main service line which after multiple rings cycled back to reception who asked the name of my tech. I didn’t recall ever being given his name much less that I would need it to get info o my car. Reception in a none to friendly tone said that she would just have to keep ringing the main number until I got lucky enough for them to answer. It wouldn’t have taken 25 steps for her to just go ask them. Won’t be taking car there again for service. More

Very disappointed in our service We have been loyal customers for this dealer for last several years and have bought a new vehicle from them. Went Saturday to buy a vehicle for my dau We have been loyal customers for this dealer for last several years and have bought a new vehicle from them. Went Saturday to buy a vehicle for my daughter and it was not a good experience. Drove the car and discussed a price, salesman put it in writing and we signed it. I left to get something from home we needed and as soon as I left they tell her they can’t honor the agreed price because it didn’t leave them enough profit. The best they would do was $500 over what we agreed on. Then there was an issue with the financing because we were using her bank from Oklahoma and they finally agreed to let me write a personal check for the car and the bank could deposit the money in my account to cover it. They first wanted to check my credit. I asked to be sure it was going to only be a soft check and even offered to log into CreditKarma and show them my score. He lied straight to my face and said it was only a soft check. Of course, the following day I am notified from CreditKarma it was a Hard check and effected my credit. Need less to say I sure hope the $500 was worth all the unethical things they had to do for it. My other daughter is in the market for a new Honda we would’ve went to Oneill for. Not a chance now. We also will replace our Honda Pilot soon. Another sell they will never get. They should consider there are numerous other Honda dealers in the metro and we chose them. NEVER AGAIN. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. All of this occurred after we started at their lot, which opened at 0900. Never saw anyone, called the office twice and we’re told a salesman would be right over, waited 30 minutes and left. We did return later to give them another shot. More

Great car leasing experience. Jesse was attentive and did an excellent job of explaining and demonstrating all the features of the hybrid Accord. Love the car and the quietness.
