O'Meara Ford - Service Center

I took my car there on 3/3/22 for a transmission leak and was told to come back in 2 months they couldn't do it right now waiting on parts. Waited a month but the leak got worse and so did the transmission. was told to come back in 2 months they couldn't do it right now waiting on parts. Waited a month but the leak got worse and so did the transmission. It started having problems shifting . Now it is sitting back at the dealers and I am told it will still be 2 months or more before they can fix it. I still have to make the car payment, the insurance payment but no car to drive. It was a 2 month wait a month ago and still a 2 month wait now. So I guess a month ago they should have said it would be 3 months. I don't think I will go with a Ford the next time around. When I took it there a month ago I had to keep asking about my car otherwise I wasn't informed about it at all. O'meara is the worst dealer I have had to deal with. More

Took our car in for repairs and recalls it sat there for 3days no phone call and never looked at .
