Poor communication. They sat on my vehicle for 2 days without touching it and not saying anything to me. I’m the one without a vehicle and they should be respectful to that fact. If they’re unable to work on it when they scheduled me, let me know. Since they’re not supplying a loaner or anything they seem to think they can just sit on my vehicle for days and days. Additionally, the service writer charged me to have a warranty item looked at. I found the error after the fact and they had to cancel the charge and re-run a new one. The service writer should always be aware of what’s warranty and what’s not. Seems like the dealer is trying to soak the customers. Overall, poor presentation by this dealership. There was another service writer that was giggling with someone (assuming a manager) in an office about a complaint from a customer. Does not give confidence about the professionalism and abilities of this dealer group. More
