Miranda McDermott was very helpful. I brought my 2022 f350 in for an exploded sunroof and she did everything in her powers to have Ford take care of the issue. She set me up with Kim at the loaner car area who was just as awsome. I will travel here any day. Brighton ford is about a mile from my shop and I will continue to travel to O'Meara for all my truck needs. More

I originally brought my car for a recalled piece and a tune up. Was told I would have my car the following day, which I verified via text. Turns out then they said Friday . No rental car available..when I tune up. Was told I would have my car the following day, which I verified via text. Turns out then they said Friday . No rental car available..when I complained it was done by the next day. The employees were great but the experience ..not so much..I do appreciate the work that was done. More

I’ve never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism. I never actually met my service rep. It was always his day off, in another department, running late, or just simply not around eve unprofessionalism. I never actually met my service rep. It was always his day off, in another department, running late, or just simply not around every time I came in. I had no idea what was going on with my vehicle. Was told it was ready to be picked up three different times. And never had satisfactory repairs done. I still have three free oil changes and won’t be using any of them at this dealership. Or any other services again. More
