I already explained my situation. I ended up berating a service manager for taking over a month to contact me to let me know what was already known with the issue of my car. To the services mans credit, he was willing to hear out my beratement against him and his company. I bought my 2008 Mustang from this establishment.. and it has had its issues since at the same time Ford corrected the issues. . And the reason I brought my 2011 Ford Focus was because how O'mera took care of my 2008 Mustang. I blindly believed they would do the same for my wifes 2011 Ford Focus. Low and behold that is not how it worked out for me. Expectations vs reality are not the same. As I said over a month and with a chewing out I had to spend over $400 to confirm what I already knew. I have a bad transmission... What I didnt know is Ford cannot fix their own product. Had I known that, I would not have agreed to pay what was already known. Never agree to pay for what you already know! Force them to agree to wave any agreement if they cannot fix their own product!
