This was an extremely nice dealership with great inventory to select from. My salesman was Robert Cohen and after visiting many dealerships he was by far the best ever. My only complaint but by far nothing that would deter me from going there again was the management. They seemed too busy and not having the time to even say hello to the customers. Service at O'Donnell is excellent. Our Service Manager, Jeff Brown, is the best. One of our considerations when again coming to O'Donnell was, "Could we go elsewhere and find another Jeff Brown?" The answer was no! He has taken care of our service needs for years....the reason is trust. Did I mention the price of the new car was excellent? After speaking with numerous employees we decided to go to other Honda dealerships in the area to compare the price quote first thing in the morning. I went to this dealer because they were the only one in the area with a SI coupe in the color I wanted. I did the online credit app, and when I arrived at the dealer all the paperwork was ready. No extra items were on the cost of the car, and the price was to the dollar what was agreed upon. They did not try to push any extras like pinstripes and mud guards. I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service. They also explain all the warranty options very clearly. I drive about 20,000 miles a year so I went with the 5 year/100,000 mile warranty. Since they were not willing to negotiate on the price (hard to negotiate when noone else has the same car) they gave me a gift card for $200 towards accessories and services ie: oil changes etc. All around this dealer provided the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle. I will definately go back in the future. Also, 60 months at 1.9% is amazing as well. This is through the manufacturer, but some dealers will still try to keep it higher to make an extra few bucks.
