Buying our Honda Accord V6 in O'Donnell Honda was a pleasant experience. We first considered to buy a CRV and sent an e-mail to their Internet Department asking for a quote. Christine was very responsive and the quotes she gave for various models were very close to what we found in our research on the internet. We went to test drive the CRV and were greeted by Musa. He was very patient with us and extremely helpful. But we didn't feel CRV was what we were looking for after the test drive. Musa never pushed, which really made us feel that we were in control of the car buying process, and we decided to try a different car. The request for a quote on Accord V6 was quickly answered again by Christine. We went back to see Musa and tested drive the car. We liked the car, but they didn't have the color that we wanted on the lot. Musa told us they could get the car the next day, so we made the appointment to pick up the car in the afternoon of the next day. Everything, from trade in to financing, went extremely smoothly, when we went to get our car. Everybody was very nice and friendly. There was truly no hassle in the whole process. One of the best things buying car from O'Donnell Honda is that you don't need to worry about the price that they quote for you. It is simply the best price. There was no need for us to "Bargain", which took the most stressful and frustrating part of buying a car out of the car buying process. You know what you can afford even before going to visit them and that makes buying car a pleasure. I hope other dealers can learn something from O'Donnell Honda. More
