Great buying experience We met Bill Baxter at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. Bill was very easy to work with as well as the rest of the folks in the finance departme We met Bill Baxter at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. Bill was very easy to work with as well as the rest of the folks in the finance department. I had already found the truck that I wanted to purchase with the options that I wanted. Being scheduled to take delivery the next Saturday was easily handled. I called Bill Thursday afternoon to request a spray in bedliner be added and sure enough it was ready when we arrived. Bill took the time to explain the operation of all of the electronic devices in the truck which made us feel comfortable and confident of our salesmanship knowledge of the vehicle we bought. All went off without a hitch as we drove out with our new vehicle. I have no reservations about recommending the dealership and (our salesman) Bill Baxter to friends and family. Finance Officer I stopped at the dealership because I noticed a vehicle on the lot I was interested. What a really odd experience I had. I have puchaed many vehicles and although I had been told that O'Connors will not negotiate a deal. I was met by an extremely ambitious sales person. The high energy was great. Well long story short they would not give me a fair trade on my car and would NOT budge on the price of the vehicle I was looking at. The finance officer was short and not caring about what or where we needed to be. Very short and cold. Was very disappointing experience. I realize they make that vehicle everyday and I am sure I can work with another dealer, but will not return there again. I just feel bad for the very nice salesmen.. More
