I have had several bad experiences with OC Welch service but ever since Rebekah Hurwitz has been the service manager, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Rebekah is very knowledgeable, patient, pro but ever since Rebekah Hurwitz has been the service manager, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Rebekah is very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. She returns calls promptly and communicates needs and options professionally and knowledgeably. She also went out of her way to set me up with Chris Black to obtain a warranty package for my car. She has changed my opinion of OC Welch service from negative to positive because of her commitment to customer satisfaction. More
I took my 2015 Explorer in for a full service checkup.
