Beyond disappointed. I purchased my 2023 Nautilis and it needed a protective coating. There was no follow up until I chased them down. At the same time I told them I was having a problem with my driver door sensor. They told me they would look at it, which they did, and I was told it was fixed. An hour later I was called by Service to tell me they didn’t have the part, but they were going to get it and set me up with a loaner before the end of that week to have it fixed. That was two months ago. I started calling again this past Monday as now, my driver door never shows as closed and I listen to the ringing bell. I spoke to a sales manager, Craig and let a message with service. A service person called me back to ask if anyone had updated me. I told them no, and they were going to light a “fire”under people. No one followed up with me on Monday, no one followed up with me on Tuesday, so I left yet another message. No one followed up with me on Wednesday. Today I will need to ride to the dealership, maybe if I’m standing there in person, someone will assist me. More

We stopped by the dealership in. Bluffton and within seconds Mariel Morgan was there to help.
