Brought my car for an oil change here. Had an appointment scheduled. They made me wait 3 hours past my appointment before started to work on my car. Either. Brought my car back with a car full of groceries to get a refund. They said they would do it. Real quick ended up waiting another hour and a 1/2 threw away half of my groceries.
