Well worth the drive over 150 miles My husband had been looking for an F-150 for a while. We actually went to 4 other dealerships, before we arrived at O.C. Welch. This is an immense d My husband had been looking for an F-150 for a while. We actually went to 4 other dealerships, before we arrived at O.C. Welch. This is an immense dealership sprawling with cars, SUV's and trucks. More than we had seen in the other dealerships. I had phoned while we were driving, and Mr. Welch actually answered the phone. He told us his dealership hours and asked if we spoke to anyone. I said no, but I'm talking to you. Anyway, no pressure from him to get our name, address and email. etc. over the phone. He just asked that we ask for him by name when we arrive, which we did. He directed us to Chris Tiedman in sales, who was well versed on the vehicles on the lot and not pushy! Chris spent time with us, as we went through vehicle after vehicle, used and new, until my husband found the F-150 of his dreams. We were transported around the lot in a golf cart, which was handy for me, as I am in a cast. Chris got my husband driving his brand new 2017 F-150 home last night, a very happy man. Mr. Welch is very kind and gracious and is hands on in his dealership. I wish this dealership was closer to us, however, it was so worth the drive. Thank you all so much! More
