Great Service and Sales Department. We ordinarily do not write reviews like this. But we were driving a almost new car, which we really were not happy with. So 1 day we decided just to l We ordinarily do not write reviews like this. But we were driving a almost new car, which we really were not happy with. So 1 day we decided just to look around at O.C. Welch Ford. We were greeted by Thely Daust and explained our situation to her. She immediately took over and showed us several models, and we chose one. Being very late in the day, they told us to take the car home for a test drive and come back the next day. The next day we brought the car back and realized that we wanted a car with more options and a different color. She immediately brought us a car with the right color and options and the right financial agreement. We were very surprised about her in depth knowledge of her products and her willingness to see things our way. Her friendly demeanor and easy going ways made this a much more pleasant purchase. It goes without saying that we would deal with her again. Also the enormous inventory on cars makes it very easy to pick the right car for us. Also our thanks go to Gerald Burke in Finance and Kim Wells Sales Manager. Guys job well done. More
