I can't believe my experience today.....stream-lined, professional, personable...like a well oiled machine! Mr Welch handled the sale and his team was amazing! No high pressure salesmanship, just professional customer service. In about 2 hours, Mr Welch was handing me the key to my new car! I still can't believe how smoothly everything went. I definitely never thought I would be leaving the dealership with a car today, but it is sitting in my driveway! Kudos to the OC Welch Dealership! More
