I tried calling ALL DAY the service department to schedule an appointment for my Ford F-150’s first service. NO ONE answered ALL day and I left voicemail after voicemail. I even called the front desk schedule an appointment for my Ford F-150’s first service. NO ONE answered ALL day and I left voicemail after voicemail. I even called the front desk and the lady said she would hand deliver my message. In a last ditch effort I called at 6pm and Aric answered and was EXTREMELY nice and said he would make the appointment for me. I thanked him for answering the phone and taking care of my need.
