I had a great experience ordering my Wrangler from Nyle Maxwell! I worked with Ryan Vogler on my order. It was very easy to order the options I wanted and everything was explained in great detail. I was ke Maxwell! I worked with Ryan Vogler on my order. It was very easy to order the options I wanted and everything was explained in great detail. I was kept up to date and the build and delivery process and every question I asked was answered thoroughly and in a very timely manner. The day my Wrangler arrived, Ryan called me personally on his day off to let me know he would meet me there and get it prepped while I filled out paperwork. I came in with a loan already in hand at a great rate and they were even able to beat the rate I came in with. All in all, my experience was stellar and I would absolutely recommend them if you are looking to custom order your Jeep! More

I had my truck serviced for a recall, I received a text from Nyle maxwell as if I would like to know what my truck was worth, I replied Sure. I received a reply back on what they valued my truck. it was from Nyle maxwell as if I would like to know what my truck was worth, I replied Sure. I received a reply back on what they valued my truck. it was not enough for me to worry about so i ignored the text. couple days later I received a phone call asking why I had not responded. I told him it was not worth my time. HE said that he could come up but needed to have my truck test driven. I said ok. we set up a time and I went. One of the people from the dealer wanted my key to go get some info from my truck. He moved it up to the building. came in looking for my payoff amounts and said that someone was going out to appraise my truck. He gathered more information from me and asked what I wanted for the truck. I told him that it was his company that called me and that I loved my truck explained all of extras that came with my truck, told him that he was going to have a hard time selling me for anything less than the equipment on my truck. they came back with the original offer, I said no thank you and please get my key so that I could head home. I got in the seat was moved up which is no problem since I have the seat programmed into memory. The issue is when I went to put my cell phone in the charger. My phone mount was hanging loose. I adjusted it into the correct position and left. On the way home my cell phone fell over, I attempted to verify that I had everything tight. That is when I noticed the munt was cracked. I attempted to call the dealership from the number that called me. I asked for Thom Eager and was told that he had left for that day. I told the you lady what I needed and she forwarded me to someone that indicated that I called the wrong dealership. Gave me the number to the supercenter said GM was over both. I left a message for GM. The same dealership that does not seem to like to check voice mail! let's see what happens. At the same time I am texting back the number that contacted me about buying my truck. They of course deny any wrong doing and said that only one person drove my truck. I called them out on the fact that I seen more than one person driving my truck.... No response!!! More

The first time I went to Nyles Maxwell, my car was towed to them--I needed a new battery. It was a good experience--prompt and professional, so I got a diagnostic and found I needed some other repairs. It w to them--I needed a new battery. It was a good experience--prompt and professional, so I got a diagnostic and found I needed some other repairs. It was two months later when I returned to get some of that work done and met Patricia Malmgren. Pat is VERY professional, customer focused and knowledgeable about her job, as well as the services. What I liked most is that when I asked a mechanical question she did not know the answer to, she did not “rattle off” something just to appease me. She took the time to go find out. Another great aspect about Pat, is her passion for helping people—this REALLY shows in the way she relates to her customers! What’s more, the dealership offers a complimentary shuttle that took me home and brought me back to the dealership when my car was ready for pick up. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my overall experience at Nyles Maxwell and highly recommend this dealership. More
This is the worse run service department I have ever dealt with. Let's start with getting an appointment. You call to ask for the service department to schedule service. Someone in service answers the p dealt with. Let's start with getting an appointment. You call to ask for the service department to schedule service. Someone in service answers the phone. They have to transfer you to a scheduler. Say what!? Why do they answer the phone if their only job is to transfer you? The schedulers are always busy so you get a voicemail. Except you did not know you were being transferred. You are only told they need to get you booked. You think you are going to be on hold while they bring up their calendar. But suddenly you have a message saying to leave a message. After a few hours, you get a call and get booked. You show up at the appointed time. You walk in and no one even acknowledges you. There is nothing indicating where you are to go or what you are to do. Everyone is on the phone or scurrying around. Someone eventually asks if you need help. When you say yes they say someone will be right with you. Then they leave. You wait another 15 minutes until you decide you must interrupt someone. They then call someone to drive your car into the service area. This company has no idea what customer service is. I was so glad when my warranty ran out and I could go somewhere else. But then I keep getting recall notices and have to return to the customer disservice department. Never, I mean never, buy from this store you will regret it! This is not a one-time occurrence. This is every single time I have to deal with this company. More
