The first time I went to Nyles Maxwell, my car was towed to them--I needed a new battery. It was a good experience--prompt and professional, so I got a diagnostic and found I needed some other repairs. It w to them--I needed a new battery. It was a good experience--prompt and professional, so I got a diagnostic and found I needed some other repairs. It was two months later when I returned to get some of that work done and met Patricia Malmgren. Pat is VERY professional, customer focused and knowledgeable about her job, as well as the services. What I liked most is that when I asked a mechanical question she did not know the answer to, she did not “rattle off” something just to appease me. She took the time to go find out. Another great aspect about Pat, is her passion for helping people—this REALLY shows in the way she relates to her customers! What’s more, the dealership offers a complimentary shuttle that took me home and brought me back to the dealership when my car was ready for pick up. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my overall experience at Nyles Maxwell and highly recommend this dealership. More
This is the worse run service department I have ever dealt with. Let's start with getting an appointment. You call to ask for the service department to schedule service. Someone in service answers the p dealt with. Let's start with getting an appointment. You call to ask for the service department to schedule service. Someone in service answers the phone. They have to transfer you to a scheduler. Say what!? Why do they answer the phone if their only job is to transfer you? The schedulers are always busy so you get a voicemail. Except you did not know you were being transferred. You are only told they need to get you booked. You think you are going to be on hold while they bring up their calendar. But suddenly you have a message saying to leave a message. After a few hours, you get a call and get booked. You show up at the appointed time. You walk in and no one even acknowledges you. There is nothing indicating where you are to go or what you are to do. Everyone is on the phone or scurrying around. Someone eventually asks if you need help. When you say yes they say someone will be right with you. Then they leave. You wait another 15 minutes until you decide you must interrupt someone. They then call someone to drive your car into the service area. This company has no idea what customer service is. I was so glad when my warranty ran out and I could go somewhere else. But then I keep getting recall notices and have to return to the customer disservice department. Never, I mean never, buy from this store you will regret it! This is not a one-time occurrence. This is every single time I have to deal with this company. More
On this freezing cold Saturday I pulled into the Nyle Maxwell service center without an appointment because my AC blower went out on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. When I pulled in the gentleman that looked to b Maxwell service center without an appointment because my AC blower went out on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. When I pulled in the gentleman that looked to be responsible for assisting customers stepped away so I was help by Mr. Moss. Mr. Moss actively listened to my issue and took the time to check my vehicles codes to see what the vehicle deemed the issue. After seeing the code he was honest with me about the possible turn around time for my vehicle to be serviced, which was Monday. Although I was understanding I was concerned because as a single mother without family in the area I couldn’t go with a vehicle. Mr. Moss assured me that they would do all that they could. At this moment I had no choice because although I didn’t need a/c my vehicle wouldn’t turn on the defrost either which was needed for the cold rainy weather and was a safety hazard for my children and I. As I waited anxiously, I received a text message from Mr. Moss via Nyle Maxwell which allowed me to ask all of questions that my dad requested I ask. Mr. Moss answered them via the messaging system and also took the time to walk up to me and give me a personal update. He told me that they had the part needed to service the vehicle and would be able to get me out today. I was ecstatic!!! As I waited, Mr. Moss notified me that my vehicle was ready and explained the checkout process. Many woman are very uneasy about visiting a vehicle service center in fear that they are going to be misled but Mr. Moss definitely didn’t do that. He was very honest and set clear expectations. He was compassionate and thorough with the questions. I really do appreciate him and the team that repaired my vehicle so quickly. So Mr. Moss, thank you from me and my family and my father wanted to send you a special thanks for helping his daughter when he was too far to. More

“Nile Maxwell Jeep?? Tread lightly” That’s what my neighbor said when I told him I ordered a Jeep from Nile Maxwell, he said he had ordered one in August and the order sat on the inventory managers de neighbor said when I told him I ordered a Jeep from Nile Maxwell, he said he had ordered one in August and the order sat on the inventory managers desk and never actually got entered. He checked two weeks later on status and they said it was never entered. He went to Mac Haik. My Jeep was entered on Sept 7th and I got a build sheet so I thought I was all set. We ordered four months ahead of when we needed it and thought we were good. In early Nov, I went to track my order on Jeep.com and was informed by the Jeep rep that my name had been removed from the order. I contacted Nile Maxwell and they said they added it back. Then, in Dec I pulled the window sticker after the build and they had built it without the safety group I ordered. I went to Nile Maxwell with the window sticker and told them the Jeep was wrong. My sales rep took me into the inventory managers office and he called his Chrysler rep and was told the safety group was removed because Nile Maxwell didn’t have a customer name associated with the order. Inventory manager admitted if they had put my name on the order Jeep wouldn’t have omitted the safety group. He said Jeep pulls options off some “stock” orders due to chip shortages. He also joked about a $73k truck that came in with no display, customer was not happy. I asked my sales rep to escalate the issue within Nile Maxwell, he said he would have Mr. Wilson (GM) call me tomorrow to discuss the mistake. Same story for three straight days, “Mr Wilson is working it and will call you”. I stopped by today and he said Mr. Wilson says he can’t find a Jeep like that anywhere. What a joke, having “Mr. Wilson work it”. I said what do we do now and he said “well you can order another one and hopefully they will get it right next time”. And the kicker is the new order is a higher price as the model year has now changed, nice. There was no, I’m sorry we did this to you we’ll escalate your next order with Jeep or we’re sorry we’ll give you a discount on the next order. What a waste of time and I had to inform Nile Maxwell of both issues along the way, they should have been informing me. I’m a Senior Director at one of the largest tech companies in Austin and bonus time is always new car talk time. I will never allow anyone I know to ever buy anything from Nile Maxwell Jeep. Nile Maxwell Jeep?? Tread lightly indeed. More
Derek was awesome to work with, he was easy to communicate with on what I wanted which allowed me to not have to deal with the stress of not know what what was going on. communicate with on what I wanted which allowed me to not have to deal with the stress of not know what what was going on. More
