This is a generic response, I was dealing with Eric Tippett, All you all did is inconvenience my time. I had to have my truck towed to another dealer to get fix because none of you had a clue on when parts are coming. And it crazy another Dodge deal has the same systems as you and can track a part and give me times and dates. Maxwell had my truck on October 18th you all installed supposedly a new transmission finally on the 17th of November. Witch didn't work and left me and my wife stranded on I35 at midnight. Had it towed to Maxwell Monday the 22 and it sat until dec 18th when I had it towed to Benny Boyd whom had my truck back to me on the 23rd of December. Not only fixed it, but updated me the whole time on when and where the transmission is coming from. Due to your incompetency, I will never ever refer anyone to Maxwell or do any business at any Maxwell. I found a new deal and I will encourage all to seek out benny Boyd dodge. You'll get treated better and you'll always get a better buy at benny Boyd!!
