Sales managers Tony and Kyle were extremely helpful in explaining the finances and delivery process. Grateful to have found this family owned, no sales pressure dealership, who puts aside any price gouging, even in these challenging market conditions. Very pleasant car dealership experience. No hard sell, transparent pricing. Other dealers were trying to get 10% over MSRP (and probably will get it...) but Nutley doesn't do that, so you No hard sell, transparent pricing. Theresa was very helpful over the phone, Maria helped me in person, and Peter did the paperwork. Plus gave my kids some gigantic helium balloons. I was offered various warranties and insurance policies, but nothing was pushy. The Protection Plus insurance was the only thing that was a bit confusing - it was referred to as "VIN etch" and I thought it was pre-installed and mandatory, but it's actually something additional/optional on top of that. When I discovered while signing paperwork that it was optional, Peter was very clear about it and adjusted the price to take it off without any issue. More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. BAD SERVICE AND WAS SOLD A BAD CAR. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We purchased a used car from them in May and immediately called them about a BAD SERVICE AND WAS SOLD A BAD CAR. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We purchased a used car from them in May and immediately called them about an issue with the breaks. My wife had a great conversation with the gentleman Chris Martino who sold the car to us. Because of our work schedules and their service schedule we had to wait 2 months to come in to check the brakes. The brakes are slow to respond and it is dangerous. We took the car in and are now being forced to pay for the replacement. They threatened us by telling us it is not a safety issue that our breaks are at 5mm. If we wanted new brakes - which should have came with the car when w.ourchased it - we had to pay 500. We spoke to the manager and owner who all held the line that the brakes that they admitted were st 5mm did not need to be replaced and it was not a safety issue. We only came here because of their reviews. We are not even local. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM More
