Nutley Kia is either at best grossly incompetent or at worst flat out liars and theives. Everyone knows buying a car is an unpleasant process, that is just a given. What you don't expect is to get a letter that you owe $1,500 a few weeks after asking the salesman repeatedly that there are no additional fees. Turns out every dealer is completely independent so when they incorrectly write up a ticket for trading in a lease, you then owe Kia Finance, which is a different company. You are on the hook with them despite Nutley Kia being at fault. Kia Finance tried following up with Nutley Kia directly to tell them how they wrote it up wrong and see if they wanted to offset it for us and they didn't even return the call. Very unprofessional conduct all the way around and now I'm stuck with a bill I shouldn't owe. The cars (have gotten the Soul twice) are actually very good but this dealership is not the place to get them. Buyer beware. More
