reputable, respectful, reliable, and fun we actually had just left a different kia dealership that made us a little uncomfortable and pressured. however, we were exceptionally happy with all we actually had just left a different kia dealership that made us a little uncomfortable and pressured. however, we were exceptionally happy with all the staff at nutley kia. everyone- sales, service, finance, and management were welcoming, friendly, informative and helpful from the moment we walked through the door until we drove our new car out of the showroom. our salesman immediately put us at ease and catered to our needs and requests. even the saleswoman who was not handling our lease was proactively helpful with our questions and concerns. francesco our salesman and edward in finance established a great rapport right away in our dealings with them and made our time there feel more like a conversation with friends than a business transaction. the manager was efficient, friendly, and straightforward with us. we were comfortable and confident with the integrity of the staff and dealership every step of the way. after our experience at nutley we decided we should replace our old 2nd car with another kia lease so we will definitely be back to nutley kia.
