No Pressure I went to the dealership expecting a pushy salesperson, who would pressure me to buy the first car he showed me. Reynaldo (Rey), first asked me what was I looking for and what were my needs/wants, that to me is good customer service. He showed me my new KIA Sportage LX and gave me the best deal he was able to offer, and it suited me. I felt no pressure from him at all, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. The paperwork, which can be a pain sometimes, was processed smoothly and they were very accommodating when I could not supply proof of insurance. They made it happen.
