I had been looking for a car for several months. I was specific about what I wanted, but I was also working with a very tight budget. A few months ago, I met Maria at Kia in Nutley, but at the time, I was specific about what I wanted, but I was also working with a very tight budget. A few months ago, I met Maria at Kia in Nutley, but at the time, I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for. However, when a new listing came in recently, I reached out to her again. I was surprised when Maria remembered me. She remembered what I was looking for, my financial situation, and even a movie we talked about the last time. She was transparent about all the fees and payment options, yet I did not feel like she was forcing the sale, which is something I can't say about the other dealerships I dealt with during my search. I walked out with a new car and a great car-buying experience the very same day. I highly recommend Kia Auto in Nutley, and especially Maria, to anyone looking for an easy, straightforward car-buying experience. More

Consider this before you buy a KIA from this place or bring the one you already own to this dealership I had them work on my car for a regular tuneup, oil change, engine air filter and cabin air filter bring the one you already own to this dealership I had them work on my car for a regular tuneup, oil change, engine air filter and cabin air filter change . Less less than a month after engine light comes on After making three phone calls and speaking with both the service advisor and the supervisor, they refuse to take responsibility claiming that the work they had performed had nothing to do with it and that the issues were not related (how would she know this, if they hadn’t taken a look at it) refusing to see the car until next available appointment ........in December. That’s literally two months after the fact. This place is terrible. They are rude and unprofessional. Do not bring your car here. Do not give them your business , you deserve better More
