I came to the dealer looking for a new Passat, but changed my mind and decided I wanted a Jetta TDI due to better gas mileage and is more environmentally friendly. Sami worked with me and he knew my time was limited, put a deal together for me very quickly and efficiently. I didn't have to haggle back and forth on the price, he gave me a very fair price and was very knowledgable about the car itself. The best car buying experience I've ever had. After I bought the car, a week later I came back and bought a 2006 Jetta for my daughter. I looked at several car dealers for the used cars, but again was drawn to this dealer. I highly recommend Sami and the Norwood VW dealer. More

The friendliest sales person I have ever met was George! I bought my first car here and they made it such a great experience. I love my new car.
