I signed 2 closing papers for 1 car. Hanna was the first to deal with me and during the first signing then Michael stepped in to close the deal. These guys are not just car salesmen they make you feel like part of their family. They still owe me dinner after all the numerous trips to the Gallery to close the deal and post deal. But all the trips was worth it. The family is loving the new car and I now have a place to hang out at during boring nights. :) More

I made the awful mistake of visiting the Volkswagen Quirk dealership in Braintree just to see what else was out there. Trust me, after test driving a 2011 Jetta I got the heck out of that Quirk dealership and FAST – it was a sleazy, high-pressure atmosphere and I knew they were trying to take advantage of me. I went straight back to Norwood to re-visit the VW Gallery where I talked with Herb and met the affable Sales Manager Corey Robertson and immediately felt at ease again. Shortly after deciding to go with 2009 pre-owned Jetta I was introduced to the finance manager, Paul Valenti. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this guy. VW Gallery responded to an e-mail query with a great price on a new Golf TDI. I mentioned this price to another dealer I had been working with and they couldn't come close to matching it. Even though it was very difficult to find the exact vehicle I wasn't pressured to change my criteria or upgrade in order to easier locate a vehicle as has been the case at other dealerships. Corey wanted to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted and once he located it in NJ it was delivered immediately. Adam has called me a few times since I bought the vehicle to see how I like it and he was extremely helpful in explaining the details of the vehicle as well as making sure I was very pleased with it. Also, Herb, Mike and Ryan were also in contact with me and very helpful. The sales team is wonderful. They really care about customer satisfaction and it never once felt to me that it was a just another transaction to them. No pressure , no harrasmnet , no garbage , took time to talk and joke with our children , talked about life in general.....Didnt give the typical car salesman bullcrap lines about loosing 4k dollars ona car just to make a sale...Overall the only reason we went back was because Adam the salesman. We laid everything out from the get go and asked Adam to meet our price and payment. He did it 110% what more could You ask for.
