My wife has leased 2 cars from VW in the past through VW Westborough and had a great experience. Her lease was ending and she wanted a SUV and was not a fan of the VW SUV options so she ended up with a dif Westborough and had a great experience. Her lease was ending and she wanted a SUV and was not a fan of the VW SUV options so she ended up with a different company. However, when trying to return the leased car, this has become a nightmare. We were told we needed a 3rd party inspection which was fine and we did that. So we then were going to drive over to VW in Norwood as we now live in Norwood but figured we would call to see what the process was. We called Cory who expressed his disappointment in that we were not re-newing with VW and was impossible to reach. On 2/20/12 I started calling him at 9am (every 15 minutes), eventually he answered around 11:30. He said he would check with the specialized person who deals with returned leases and call me back "within the hour" to schedule an "appointment". I was shocked that we needed to do this just to drop a car off. I never heard from him. We wanted to drop the car off on 2/20 as we both had the day off and called VW Colonial. They said "anyone" can do this and "why would we need an appointment?" I agreed. We went to VW Colonial (driving 45 min each way out of our way) and let's discuss how "specialized" this person was. He 1) looked to see if a drivers manual was in the car, 2) looked to see if the spare tire was there, 3) we had our inspection paperwork and 4) he took off the plates and we were out in less than 5 minutes. How nice to deal with Pierre at VW Colonial who was extremely professional. I called Cory at 3/4 pm who of course never returned my call at that point and he acted like I was lucky that he could squeeze me into his soonest "appointment" which was Thursday (2/23). I then told him we had finished this long ago and why he made a simple process SO DIFFICULT? he replied "policy". My first question is why can't Cory call me within an hour as promised? Why do I need to drive 45 min each way to do this simple deal? Why can't Norwood have the same process as VW Colonial? Why did the Norwood VW dealer and Cory need someone so "specialized" when this was basically a clerical transaction? I get it that you may not be getting this latest deal from us but with Cory and VW Norwood making us jump through hoops to do such a simple task will ensure I NEVER use VW Norwood ever again. I would rather drive the 45 mins and work with Pierre and their easier "processes". More

I am so excited to have it in my driveway as of Moday night I went in on Saturday looking for a used VW bug. I decided on a brand new 2012 beetle. I am so excited to have it in my driveway as of Moday night. They were wonderful at the VW Gallery. Chris worked so hard to make sure we (my senior dadand my five year old daughter and me 42 years young.) were very comfortable during the whole process. No pressure, wonderful showroom and space and everyone was kind, effienct and knowledgeable. I am so glad I chose VW Gallery. More

This was my first car buying experience, and I came in ready for a fight. Khamorn was very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. If you want friendly and honest service, then go to VW Norwood and ask for Tony Shuman. Tony is a very friendly and down to earth guy, who will help you in anyway possible. From the moment I stepped into the VW Gallery two years ago, I found my car family. They were instantly friendly and helpful and were willing to help anyone who walked through the front door. They didn't turn me away because I was young but sat down with me to figure out what they could do to help. I loved my first VW Jetta. When VW presented me with the opportunity to trade in my 2009 for a 2011, to upgrade and have a brand new car, it was an exciting opportunity. As much as I was sad to turn in my first car, my 2009 Jetta, I knew they would find it a loving home. They were extremly helpful and listened to all of my concerns as buying a new car was not something I had planned on doing. They worked closely with me to make sure they found me the perfect new Jetta with all the bells and whistles I wanted. I am now a proud new owner of a 2011 Jetta. I was looking for a new 4 door GTI to replace my 2000 2 door GTI. My two growing boys needed the room and I didn't want to give up on GTI's. I called VW Gallery and spoke with Corey by phone. He said he didn't have any Candy White's but was nice enough and invited me down to take a look at my trade and offer a test drive of the GTI's he had in stock. Chris M. helped us when we arrived. He was new but very eager to help. He seemed genuinely surprised that I a) didn't want a test drive as I'd already test driven it elsewhere and that b) I actually fit my six-foot plus frame inside of a GTI. :) We ended up settling on a United Gray 4 door MT with nav/sunroof, however when it came time for delivery a few days later I had a change of heart. I decided that I really wanted a Candy White GTI. Corey understood this and went on a personal quest to find me my car. Calling every contact at every dealer he knew he located the exact GTI I wanted locally. That same night I picked up my car and have been loving it ever since. Chris M quickly took care of registration and getting my inspection sticker. Ehab Hanna handled the paperwork and was respectful of the fact that I didn't want any extended warranty. We feel like we have a good relationship with VW Gallery and can call them any time with questions or service needs. Even though it's not close to home for us we feel the people and service make it well worth the drive. VW Gallery has earned our respect and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or buy another VW from them. More
