Flat tire. Some confusion of it bring to be fixed that day. Some confusion over whether just before 5pm, if I could still get my tired fixed. But I will say, the Service went above and beyond to find out (researched) if my tire replacement the next day could be honored, and it was! Minor, but the Service Dept forgot the cap that goes on the new tire’s air valve stem. I found a spare cap at a Service Center near where I work. Volkswagen also nailed me two after I called and they apologized. More

The car shown on the website did not look like the one we saw. We immediately didn't trust them to purchase a car from them. We then found another CRV we liked at VOLKSWAGEN GALLERY in Norwood. Theo answered the phone; we immediately had a great impression, so we decided to make the trip to see the car. JUAN Encarnacion was our salesperson, and immediately we found him very personable, honest, straightforward, and professional The car had multiple dings on the hood, which made us want to continue to look more, but they offered to take them ALL out and offered us a small discount on the price. I had my reservations, whether the dings would, in fact, be ALL taken care of and the car would look nice. When we went to pick up the car, it was PERFECT! We got it yesterday, and we love it! LOOK AT YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Rob the contract guy is an authorized thief! I went there 3 times to take stuff out of my contract that he put on without my consent. I blame myself for not looking the last time I went, but there is an 270.00 dollar insurance fee that I don't even know what is for, the first time I asked to take it off and they did, but the third time I went it was back in the contract. Unreal! I'm so pissed off another thing that was added was a paint contract that cost almost $900.00 and i said i don't need it please take it off i was only supposed to get one that was put on the car some kind of wax and i said ok it's on the car i will pay for that almost $600.00. But please before you leave if you really have to buy a car there hopefully you don't because there are a lot of honest places much better than that. And if you want to know why I purchased there it's because it was not a VW but another brand car that it's not easy to find and they had it in the showroom for a good price. Also they sold me the car without the Title it took 2 weeks to get it. They are not listed in Better Business Bureau that tells a lot too! So PLEASE IF YOU REALLY HAVE TO BUY THERE, LOOK AT YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! I COULD GO BACK AND FIGHT AGAIN to take again stuff out of the contract, BUT THEY JUST DESERVE A TERRIBLE REVIEW More
