He was able to give me meaningful information about the cars and treated me well. Because I had done research online the narrowing process was pretty easy. I was able to find a car for a good price with even more amenities than I wanted. I was satisfied with the price of the car and worked with Paul Valenti to come up with a financing plan that I could afford. Paul was flexible and understanding. Once it was clear that I was going to leave with a car Eddie cleared out my old car and transferred all of my items to my new car and cleaned out my floor mats! I have a little bit more paperwork to complete this week but I expect that to go smoothly. I am really pleased with my experience at the gallery and plan to go back for service. More

Please more balloons, they make me want to buy a car Found the car I was looking for on Autotrader.com and walked into the dealership on Saturday, they didn't have the car that they were advertising on t Found the car I was looking for on Autotrader.com and walked into the dealership on Saturday, they didn't have the car that they were advertising on the internet, instead they had one with 97k miles, which the sales person Eddie, argued with me was like buying a new car. I said that at 97k the repairs would be endless since it was approaching 100k in less then a year. When I said no to that car he moved on to trying to sell me a new car that was out of my price range and out of my month payment budget. I told him I could put 5-6k down and wanted my payment to be under 300, after several minutes of him going in and out of two different offices he came back with an offer of 7k down (1k more then I had said) and a payment over 300 a month (again more then what I had asked for) I told him all of this was out of my price range and if he got something in that was in my budget to give me a call. Instead of leaving it like that he continued to ask me WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY, I didn't want to make this deal it was a new car and that I would never find anything this good again. ( I found one 10k cheaper down the street) after several minutes of this back and forth I had to stand up to end the conversation and walk out. I would never recommend anyone go to this dealership again!!!! More
