I told him what I was looking for (used Jetta or lease a new). He got me test driving the used Jetta I had seen right away. We discussed my financial situation and he led me through what would ultimately be best for me. I decided on leasing a new 2017 Jetta. He was extremely helpful in finding what I wanted within my financial parameters! Within 48 hours I had gotten all necessary paperwork done and proof of graduating and signed for my new car! Both Eddie and Stacy Johnson were wonderful to work with and very helpful. They are extremely personable as well as professional and kind, I highly reccomend this dealership to others. Thank you for all the help in finding my new car! More

While I love my car, the follow through of their sales manager Ben has been awful. Here's what I've experienced thus far - When I bought my car, they put in writing that they would repair a cigarette burn in the backseat. At first glance when I went to pick up the car it looked like they had repaired it - only to find when I ran my hand over it they had shoved black fuzz in the hole that came right out. - They filled out my paperwork had two different lenders listed as my credit union on my paperwork. No one will return my calls or emails saying whether or not this needs to be fixed and how to do it. - I've called BOTH banks listed on my paperwork and neither has any history or record of my account. Well, 10 texts, 4 voicemails and two calls to the GM later... I STILL have not received any reply. Dishonest, zero customer service, and your typical sleazy car dealership (despite the CONSTANT reassurance that they are anything but). More
My lucky day I had the pleasure of purchasing a new(used) car of my dreams from this dealership. I was most impressed by how friendly and helpful the entire staff was. Eddie sold me my car. He asked me what I wanted, what value I was looking for in my trade-in, absolutely calm, pleasant, no pressure and came back with a proposal better than I had expected. I was thrilled but I didn't let them know that until we shook hands. Eddie even asked me about my auto insurance and had me call to get some quotes and I could actually save 50% percent of what I was paying with my current insurance company. They as a whole were attentive and happy that I was pleased with the entire experience. It was a great day for me. I drove home in my clean, beautiful 2013 Lincoln MKX. I would highly recommend these great guys!! Truly professional, friendly and most helpful. More
Worst Car Purchasing Experience I had an awful experience at this dealership. Planned on buying a car from them today, drove all the way from over an hour away for an appointment to I had an awful experience at this dealership. Planned on buying a car from them today, drove all the way from over an hour away for an appointment to see one of their vehicles, when I arrived they informed me that the car had been sold the previous evening. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that they had sold the car the day before. Then they told me to wait so I could see one of the other cars they had, which was not even close to the car I was planning on purchasing and it took them over a half an hour to bring the car around. I am very disappointed with their service and I would never recommend them to anyone. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM VW OF NORWOOD I have never experienced such customer service in my life. When we first arrived at the dealership everything seemed normal. We were looking into I have never experienced such customer service in my life. When we first arrived at the dealership everything seemed normal. We were looking into purchasing a specific vehicle so we test drove it. Everything was smooth until we started talking about financing. Our salesman Tony Shuman along with the sales manager Ben misunderstood us and thought we were absolutely purchasing the vehicle. We mentioned that we might be able to put a certain amount as a down payment if need be. Our credit card was whisked away and charged that down payment, all the while we were assured MULTIPLE TIMES that if things didn't work out, such as not being approved for credit or any other reason, we would be able to get it back with NO PROBLEM. Smooth talking guys. We had mentioned that IF we were to purchase the car we would need them to complete the Certification on the vehicle that according to paperwork hadn't been checked off the list as completed. It was cosmetic and they agreed to take care of it for us. We left that day without signing any agreement to purchase, let alone being approved for financing! A day or two later we got a call from them letting us know that the fixes had been made. This did help in the decision however discussing finances we realized that it wouldn't be the best choice for us financially. We sent an email stating as much to Tony, the salesman that assisted us. Within minutes he called irate. He said,"You know, we did all that work for you." Mind you, this is still before we had come to any financing arrangement, and the options presented to us by the finance manager were not great for us at all. My husband apologized several times and asked if we could have the charge of the down payment refunded. Tony told us that since they had done the work they would be keeping our "deposit" until the vehicle was sold. This was the "store policy". Umm, no. That money was not a deposit. It was a DOWN PAYMENT provided we could make things work. The vehicle was CERTIFIED meaning that that work should have already been taken care of. We signed nothing that said we would purchase the vehicle and thus the work would be done as a result. Two conversations later with Tony (after a dozen or so ignored calls to Ben the sales manger) and we were informed that we could be refunded, just not on the phone, we would need to drive TWO hours to the dealership. Umm, absolutely not. We called the credit card company and disputed the charge. They were unable to get a response from anyone there regarding the charge. Two weeks later we saw on their website that the vehicle had finally sold. We called and they said they COULD refund our money over the phone after they had said earlier that this was not possible. Almost a month later and we have just now received our money back. I am so glad that we did not purchase a vehicle from these crooks, I can't imagine what would have happened if we had given them cash, check, or even a debit. Lesson learned. I hope that no one goes through what we did and stay away from this dealership. ** Side note ** According to the online carfax on this vehicle it was shown to be in a minor accident. The carfax we were handed by Tony showed something completely different, that there were no accidents reported. I'm not sure what happened, but it's just another shady thing that really made us uncomfortable. More

Their knowledge and customer service are top notch! I leave there with a secure feeling that my car has been well taken care of. I especially like that they also give you a report of the work that will be needed in the near future. I highly recommend this establishment! More
