Yulissa has always been welcoming and a pleasure to work with in the service department. I work a few hundred feet from Quirk VW but will drive out of my way to go to VW Gallery. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Scotty Santos when buying my 4th VW. He approached me when I was on the lot (which does not happen often amongst Route 1 car dealerships). I don’t do a lot of driving. Im not sure why I need this work already. I asked the sales person to check the breaks before he sold me the car because they felt funny. I purchased the car from the dealer so I wouldn’t have these issues. I’m really disappointed. I expected more. I didnt think I’d be sold a car with these issues More
