Always there when I need them. I had an unexpected issue with my car and drove in just before closing. Great Customer Service I scheduled an appointment to have a tire replaced under a service warrant that I purchased for my vehicle. After my call, I received a calendar remin I scheduled an appointment to have a tire replaced under a service warrant that I purchased for my vehicle. After my call, I received a calendar reminder by email. They were also able to look up my warranty information with just my name and address. When I arrived for service, had the replacement tire ready to install and I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. They even washed my vehicle when the service was complete. Also, my service coordinator was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great Customer Service! More
