verdict still out. Could be good or good Went to have rear camera fixed and a motorized sunshade diagnosed. Told them what happened to both and I was given quotes on both. They matched a part price on a camera and even fixed the light to license plate at no charge. Awesome service for the camera. The sunshade another story. Told them motor still works and shade is stuck. They told that the frame needs to be replaced and it was a big job. I decided not to do it. However, when driving home I noticed that the sunshade was fully open now and it was half way open when I brought it there. I know they have to look at it, but now there is no shade and completely broken. I talked to service manager who was a good guy and he is going to try to contact Volkswagen to see what they can do. This is only a 2015 and this a major cost. Hoping it works out because they seem like a decent place. More
