Wonderful Experience I had no idea what to expect walking into VW of Norwood. This was my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership. Inside I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who then introduced me to the salesman who helped me find my car. The salesmans name is Max Hunt. He was amazing! He was Extremely helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Knowing I was a little overwhelmed, Max walked me through the whole process step by step. He was very honest but NOT pushy at all. It truly was a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this dealership & Max Hunt. More

Pressure Tactics I called ahead and got a quote for my oil change and 70,000 mile service which was $89. When I was asked to sign the work order it jumped to over $20 I called ahead and got a quote for my oil change and 70,000 mile service which was $89. When I was asked to sign the work order it jumped to over $200. I was told that included a tire rotation. I didn’t authorize this and had that taken off immediately. Later I got a text message saying I should get $900 in new tires and asked me to approve the charge. No discussion or call from a service technician to explain. Since Prime took over the service has gone down and I feel they want to gouge me. I am going to look for another place to get my car serviced More
