Oh no your communication was spot on. You communicated perfectly that you are able to repeat the same phrase over and over without giving a reasonable explanation why my repair wasn't covered. "It's not part of the long block", no matter how many times you say it, does not matter. The warranty explicitly includes the DPF regen system and any malfunctions detected by the OBD. If you can read the wording of the warranty and somehow make it make sense, go ahead. Otherwise, you are a bunch of crooks and you work for a company that routinely lies.
