I only needed to get the oil changed on my car but I'd been procrastinatinating because I heard that I couldn't make an appointment and the wait could be up to two hours! Infuriating! I had a 9:30 appointment for an airbag recall. Every time I called to schedule service on this recall, they would hang up so I was not able to get a loaner vehicle. . They told me it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hour ls to complete the recall. I had my husband come get me after about an hour and we went for breakfast. I came back after breakfast expecting the car to be almost done. I went to the service counter and the representative had told me the car just go into be serviced. It was going to be another 2 hours. By this point I was livid! I went home and they called at about 1:00 to tell me it was done! We got back to the dealership at 1:30. They didn’t tell me where the car was after service, I had to ask. They never updated the tracking link they sent me. To tell me to 2 1/2 hours total turned in to 4. hours. needless to say my day was shot! More
