I have gone to this location a number of times and received good service. Unfortunately my most recent experience was not positive. I took my car in for an oil change/routine service and the appointme received good service. Unfortunately my most recent experience was not positive. I took my car in for an oil change/routine service and the appointment went well. However, the next day my check engine light came on despite there being no issues noted in my multipoint inspection. So I took the car back to your dealership to have it checked again. I was told they would take it in to look at it right away and I informed them that I would wait at the dealer. An hour and a half later I asked for an update, only to learn that they had not even started looking at my car yet and would do it now. The issue took less than 10 minutes to actually resolve. So I ended up waiting for an hour and 45 minutes, which was 45 minutes longer than my original oil change appointment, for an issue that was resolved in minutes. If I had been informed at the start of my appointment that they were not going to be able to look at my car yet, I would have left and come back to give people however long they needed. I wasn’t told that though, instead I was told it would be brought in right away and the people at the service desk were aware that I was waiting on location. Jude was kind and professional on both occasions but the experience as a whole was incredibly frustrating. I do not intend to return. More
