I asked what the Service Fee is and how is it calculated?

We pay labor and parts, that is all I am paying!! I had a coupon for a $29.95 oil change + tax, and get charged a $9.00 service fee is just outrageous! I am seriously considering not trading up to another Nissan to avoid dealing with this dynamic! It’s very upsetting and I told the Service Tech.
