All service members were very friendly. However, I was told my last appointment would be 2 hours long. I waited for 4 hours. I was there to have a part replaced that had already been ordere However, I was told my last appointment would be 2 hours long. I waited for 4 hours. I was there to have a part replaced that had already been ordered and was supposedly ready for me. Even when I arrived, it took 15 minutes to just get checked in. My previous appointment when they were diagnosing my issue also took four hours. I have two small children who I had to coordinate childcare for both of these appointments, and now I dread going back for anything because I’ll waste so much time waiting. More
