Hello, During your first visit to our dealership we recognized that the communication from our service representative regarding the condition of your vehicle fell short of the standards you deserve. Since that initial oversight, we have taken every possible step to exceed your expectations keeping you informed at each stage of the repair process and expediting work whenever we could to return your car to you as quickly as possible. At your most recent appointment we walked you through the operation of the rear‑door warning system, even providing a video demonstration supplied by the manufacturer to illustrate how the safety feature functions. Although we hoped this would clarify any concerns, you indicated that the explanation was still insufficient. In light of this, we understand that our service may not be the best fit for your needs at this time. Accordingly, we respectfully recommend that you obtain a second opinion from another Nissan‑authorized service center, where a fresh perspective might better address your expectations. We sincerely appreciate the time you have taken to share your feedback and thank you for the business you have entrusted to us.
