I came in for my complimentary service and went to the service desk for vehicle maintenance. There were two employees behind the counter, and although only one of them was actually looking for something, service desk for vehicle maintenance. There were two employees behind the counter, and although only one of them was actually looking for something, neither one acknowledged me even though I was standing directly in front of them and we made eye contact. The other employee was just sitting at the computer and after a while I even looked down at my hands wondering if I was invisible. I didn’t mind waiting, but a simple “good morning, we’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. I almost canceled my appointment and went to another dealership, but instead I greeted them myself and said I was checking in for my oil change and car wash. Only then did the employee say “we’ll be right with you,” and about 30 seconds later she helped me. The rest of the service was smooth and my car was cleaned, which I appreciated. More
