I have been using Lannan's service department for fifteen years, on two different Tahoes and would mever consider another service dept.. I have a GMC Yukon XL. I had visited 2 different GMC dealers in the area and neither were able to properly fix a front strut after multiple visits to each dealer. A friend also has a GMC Yukon XL and dealers in the area and neither were able to properly fix a front strut after multiple visits to each dealer. A friend also has a GMC Yukon XL and recommended Lannan after hearing my story. I also read the dealer rating on this site and decided to give it a try. Not only did Lannan fix my front strut, they also fixed my front door hinge without me asking them to do it. I had one of the GMC dealers try to fix the hinge, but they said it was only fixable by the body shop, which is why I didn't mention it to Lannan. Plus, they didn't charge me to fix the hinge and fixed the strut under warranty. I also tend to have trouble with the seals on my tires/wheels which causes a slow leak. I took my truck in again today because of this. One of the other GMC dealer took 3 visits to find the leak on a different wheel and Lannan took 10 minutes to correctly identify the problem. Another plus, they have a shuttle that will take you to neighboring towns, directly to your home! I can understand now why people drive 100+ miles to bring their vehicles here. I fortunately don't have that far to go and will always bring my GMC here for service. Someone should make sure that they give those tech guys a raise! More
Lannan Chevrolet and Eddie Shine both made the purchase of a new 2012 Equinox pressure free and a great experience. He took his time to sit down with me in the car and make sure I knew what every single button/knob/switch did (there's a lot of them). As I mentioned there was no pressure, everything was friendly and we weren't rushed in any way whatsoever. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle there was NO pressure or push to get us to buy any kind of warranty we didn't want, we were just filled in on what was available and the purchase windows we had to buy them. Anyone we interacted with at the dealer was friendly and had a great personality, nobody was shady or exceptionally boring/"just doing their job", they obviously enjoy what they do and I would not only recommend buying a car there, but will probably do it again myself someday. More

We actually bought 2 cars from Ed. Also I had so many questions and every time I called they were more than happy to help me. I have only had the car since Jan 26th, 2012 but I am having so much fun with it. I usually have not had pleasant experiences purchasing a car but this was like no other car dealership I have ever dealt with. Even the girls at the front desk were amazing. Thank you More

I was impressed that the salesman drove my vehicle to my house so I wouldn't have to wait for my husband to get out of work for a ride to pick it up. That is great service! When I bring in my Chevy Tahoe for service the staff is always professional and friendly. The service is timely and if a problem is to arise, either Bob or Frank will notify me and supply me with all the i always professional and friendly. The sales person was very easy to deal with. When I picked up my new car it was cleaned, polished,full tank of gas and had an inspection sticker. He took the time to show me all the car features, incl picked up my new car it was cleaned, polished,full tank of gas and had an inspection sticker. Service resolved my primary concern and also detected potentially catastrophic defects.
