Bob Fahey, Service Manager, is on top of everything ...makes sure the Customer is taken care of %100. Bob is super friendly and professional. Who ever the Tech was ...knows his stuff as well. Lannan Chevrolet provides shuttle service ...that is like Gold, to be brought home and picked up reminds me of the old days. GM Corporate needs to know having Bob Fahey representing GM really makes a big difference. Actually eveyone I run into at Lannan Chevrolet, Woburn, MA., are all outstanding friendly Professionals. It is obvious that Lannan simply does not pay attention to service. They just pile up repair work and without a real clue as to whether they can complete it. Isn't it just common sense and good business practice to go to your co-workers and ask what are you doing and estimate how long will it take so that paying customers can plan their lives; rather than being treated like your asking a stupid question.
