I purchased my expired leased car and General Sales Manager was rude because I took up valuable time with my paperwork. He told me they weren't making any money off me and I could go sign my paperwork Manager was rude because I took up valuable time with my paperwork. Also he had told me on the phone that I could save $500 buying the car through them instead of GM and then didn't honor that. More

Poor follow-up after I bought my car I bought my leased Chevy Volt in April 2019 when it was near the end of the the 3 years lease, financed by GM financial. My purchase was supposed to resolve my final payments to GM financial.There has been poor communication between Novato Chevrolet and GM financial and the the two installments were never paid. I have called Novato Chevrolet multiple times to have them correct the error - they always say they will get back to me - and never have. Yours very frustrated.... More

This is positive. I have been going there for work and maintenance on my 2003 Cadillac Seville since 2010. The performance of the staff has been improving. However, you have to make sure all work has been performed as requested. In the past I had to return twice after service to reset oil change button, left off panels and others things which should have been checked and corrected before turning the car back over to me., Also, at the last oil change they didn't use synthetic oil as had been previously routinely used at me request. I didn't see this until after I was back home. And don't expect them to apologize for any errors. I am still dealing with a rear view mirror that wasn't correctly installed. All very irritating especially when I consider the top prices charged. More
