I purchased my expired leased car and General Sales Manager was rude because I took up valuable time with my paperwork. He told me they weren't making any money off me and I could go sign my paperwork Manager was rude because I took up valuable time with my paperwork. Also he had told me on the phone that I could save $500 buying the car through them instead of GM and then didn't honor that. More

Poor follow-up after I bought my car I bought my leased Chevy Volt in April 2019 when it was near the end of the the 3 years lease, financed by GM financial. I have called Novato Chevrolet multiple times to have them correct the error - they always say they will get back to me - and never have. Yours very frustrated.... More
