Just left an another dealer thinking shopping for cars was still the same old thing. BS Then I went to Novato Chevrolet and the manager greated me. He was pleasant and took time to help me. Just came in for an oil change and tire rotation and telephoned ahead for an appointment. This was to be my first oil change/tire rotation since purchasing my truck. San Rafael Chevrolet closed so Nova telephoned ahead for an appointment. This was to be my first oil change/tire rotation since purchasing my truck. San Rafael Chevrolet closed so Novato Chevrolet was the next dealer. My tires WERE NOT rotated and the service manager LEFT early & was suppose to call me at home regarding my tires and NEVER DID. The parts department was going to call me regarding a truck liner, mats and cover; NEVER DID. They also left grease on my steering wheel. Its a NEW TRUCK! If I can find another dealer within 100 miles...I WILL GO THERE! ps...when I telephoned for an appointment, the service mgr was snotty & rude; and I just wanted him to tell me when it was convenient to bring my truck in. More
