Inconvenient Service Department Hours We just called to schedule our first check up for 2017 Volt only to discover the service department is not open Saturdays. The hours are Monday - Frid We just called to schedule our first check up for 2017 Volt only to discover the service department is not open Saturdays. The hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm. How do they expect working people to get their vehicles serviced during these hours? They are located in an out of the way location and driving there is a difficult during commute hours which is when the service department is open.! Would not have bought the car at this dealer if we had know the limited service hours. Definitely does not take customer needs into consideration. More

They owned up to their mistake and made it right. I leased a Bolt that was supposed to have everything on it but didn't.
