Honest and easy to work with! I looked on-line for a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. I contacted a few dealerships not far from where I live in Nebraska. Northtowne was by far the best- I looked on-line for a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. I contacted a few dealerships not far from where I live in Nebraska. Northtowne was by far the best- very fast response time from a salesperson- Mike Lopez. Mike was honest and got things rolling. He also didn't give me the run-around like some other dealers (Volkswagen of Lee's Summit). It made the 250 mile drive to Northtowne well worth it!! More

2 1\2 hours to change oil and fix tire It took them 1 1\2 hours to change the oil and another hour to remove a nail and patch the tire. This was even I had an appointment for 1 pm. I'll never have have any service done at this dealership again. I'll wait until I'm back in Columbia Mo and have the service done there. If it even gets close to an hour they will have the shuttle drive you where ever you need to go or give you a loaner. More
